RFID attendance system for school
With Skolijo's RFID attendance, every student's ID card carries a small chip. Tap it on the reader at the gate and attendance goes straight into Skolijo. About 2 minutes after attendance is saved, guardians of absent students get an SMS automatically.

No fingerprints
Small, wet or dirty hands are no problem. A tap is enough.
SMS in about 2 minutes
Once attendance is saved, guardians of absent students know, once a day.
Works without a reader
If the reader is off, teachers take attendance on their phone.
Holidays known ahead
Add national holidays in one click; no attendance is asked for that day.
How it works
The RFID chip sits in the student's ID card. Tap it on a reader at the gate or in class and attendance goes into Skolijo. Skolijo does the rest.
Print cards with photo, name and roll from Skolijo's ID card designer. Each card's RFID number is linked to the student's profile.
A reader sits at the school gate or in the classroom. Students tap their card as they walk in, so the line keeps moving.
Who came, when, and who was late: the class list builds itself. The head teacher and class teacher see the same list.
About 2 minutes after attendance is saved, guardians of absent students get an SMS. Only once a day per student.
Head teacher · Teacher · Guardian
From the same attendance, the head teacher sees the whole school, the teacher gets the class list, and the guardian hears about their child.

Common questions
Digital attendance means taking attendance with a card, reader or phone instead of calling names from a register. In Skolijo every mark is saved on the student's profile, and guardians of absent students get an SMS automatically.
An RFID card has a small chip inside that needs no battery. When the card touches the reader, the reader reads the chip's number and Skolijo knows which student has arrived.
Print a new card from Skolijo's ID card designer and enter the new card number on the student's profile. Each student has one card number, so once it changes the lost card no longer marks attendance.
Yes. Teachers can take class attendance from a phone or computer. If the reader is off, attendance works the same way and guardians still get the SMS.
About 2 minutes after the class attendance is saved. It goes once a day per student, and the school can switch it off.
